This includes information about the success of the magazine. From this pack I can see that the NME magazine is aimed at men and a majority of its readers are male at the ages of 18-25. Also 50% of the readers are students and almost 70% being ABC1 explaining the mature smart nature and layout of the magazine. The advertisements which would be found in a NME magazine is cars, gadgets, food, drink, clothes and personal appearance, these all something the target audience are able to relate to.
The helps me see that I need to have things in the magazine which the target audience are going to be able to relate to as this will keep the reader’s attention. The article in the magazine is going to need to be about something that the audience are likely to not have heard of before and be interested in; also the images are going to have to eye catching and relate well to the genre of magazine.
